  • Free Shipping (orders over £50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following intimate apparel:

  • Full Brief underwear
  • Midi Brief underwear
  • Knickers
  • Brazilian bikinis

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package your items – Securely pack the items with all tags and include a copy of your order confirmation
  4. Ship your return – Send to our returns center:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll email you about:

  • Confirmation of receiving your return
  • Approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item

Note: If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (like a blouse with missing buttons or jeans with faulty stitching), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
