Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Full Brief underwear
  • Midi Brief underwear
  • Knickers
  • Brazilian bikinis

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). To process an exchange:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item

Note: If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (like a blouse with missing buttons or jeans with faulty stitching), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
